We were shown different attachments by a sakes assistant called Hanna. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the Isofix attachment for a car. It was something we had never heard of. She went the extra mile and checked our car seat for this concealed car attachment. It already existed on my car. Hanna gave excellent customer service. She is worth her weight in gold to Mothercare. When we return we will be looking for her to attend us. Well done mothercare for your excellent staff training and customer service.
